Q: What is a VIP auction?

A: VIP auctions utilize a real life auction scenario, and are special auctions separate and apart from normal Penny Auctions. We take this to the next step and do it online!

You can buy a virtual seat into any of our VIP auctions. Once, the seats are sold, the auction will be given a date and time, seat holders will receive an email indicating that date and time.

You come online at that time, take your seat, and get ready to bid! Oh yeah, the bids are free and unlimited with the purchase of your seat!

Only seat holders have access to bidding on VIP auctions, so you will always know exactly how many other people you are bidding against.

Q: What is the difference between a VIP auction and a regular penny auction?

A: In a regular penny auction, you buy bid packs in order to bid. In a VIP auction, you just buy a seat into the auction, and then bid as much as you want without buying additional bids. You don’t pay any more after buying the seat, unless you win the auction. In that case, you just pay the price that the auction has raised to. It is not impossible to win after as little as just one bid.

Q: How does the auction work after I purchase a seat?

A: Once all the seats are reserved, you will be sent an email telling you when the auction will take place.

After the auction has begun, you will be able to bid as many times as you want without any costs. You only pay the FINAL price if you are the highest bidder.

The timer will run down a designated number of minutes, and if somebody bids in the final 20 seconds, it will get reset to 20 seconds, allowing others to bid. In order to keep prices low, and to make this competitive, a final timer will be set in some auctions. The highest bidder at that time will walk away with the item.

This is like the "Going once, going twice, sold!!" phase

Q: What price are the items listed?

A: The bidders determine the final price. Most auctions begin at $0.01, and increase by different increments depending on auction.

Q: How many seats are available at each auction?

A: There are a definite number of VIP seats available for each auction of this type. The number of VIP Seats will be listed within the auction details part of the page.

Q: Can I cancel my purchase once I have paid for a VIP seat?

A: No. VIP Seat purchases are final. But, if the auction is cancelled for any reason, ALL seat holders will be credited bids in full for other auctions held.

Q: Who can participate in the bidding process?
